The eWEBS provider portal is compliant with 42 CFR Part 2, confidentiality of substance use disorder patient records. Therefore, the portal excludes substance use treatment drugs and prescribers are not identified in members' drug history. Access to the eWEBS portal is provided for treatment and payment purposes for the Vermont Medicaid program. Its use is subject to the terms of sections 7.1, 7.4 and 7.5 of your Medicaid provider contract. By checking the acceptance box, the provider user and/or delegate(s) of the eWEBS provider portal agree to all the following: 1. that it has a provider agreement 2. that is will keep Medicaid member search information confidential 3. that it will use such data only in Medicaid treatment and payment purposes. As a Medicaid provider with access to this portal, it is your responsibility to manage and update staff delegate access or other persons acting on your behalf as staff changes occur.
